I had a frustrating experience with this hotel. Even though I booked and paid for two rooms a week in advance, upon arrival, I was told they were overbooked and I had to find another hotel. On a brighter note, I found the overall cleanliness and tidiness to be satisfactory when I got settled in a different property. Still, I can't overlook the chaos of my check-in experience.
